Generally we try to eat on the cheap when we travel! Eating out adds up fast for our large family, so we do a lot of cereal, sandwiches, tacos, etc. when we travel, but as we reach the south, we’ve decided to splurge a little. Right before we crossed over into Texas, we saw this little burger place, Tiny’s Burger Barn, and decided to stop for lunch. Reviews said it was the best food in 300 miles and they didn’t lie! Their burgers were to die for, homemade patties and delicious French fries and onion rings. I had a mushroom Swiss burger with Avocado, and everyone left feeling like we’d had a great intro to southern food.
